Reston cyber and analytics company to be acquired by Jacobs Engineering

Reston-based IT services provider Blue Canopy has agreed to be purchased by technical professional services juggernaut Jacobs Engineering Group Inc.

Terms of the deal, announced Thursday, were not disclosed.
