Blind man's lawsuit against McDonald's proceeds

McDonald’s operates late-night drive-thrus when its dining rooms are closed, so customers in search of a midnight burger fix have no choice but to order food from their cars.

The setup is unfair to people who are physically unable do that, says Scott Magee, a blind man from Louisiana who is suing McDonald’s over its drive-thru policy.
